From requirements to go-live and the quarter after it. We set Salesforce up so your team actually uses it, and so the data underneath it is clean enough for AI to act on.
A certified Salesforce consulting and implementation partner since 2018, delivering from Brussels, Paramus and Pune. We handle the full lifecycle — discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, training, go-live and ongoing support — and we build to Salesforce best practice for performance, security and scalability rather than to whatever gets the demo working.
Book a DemoConfiguring objects and page layouts was always the easy half. What decides whether a Salesforce programme pays back is whether the data, permissions and automation underneath it can be trusted.
Predictive AI made a recommendation a human checked. Agentforce takes actions on records. A duplicate account or a stale entitlement is no longer a reporting annoyance — it is an action taken against the wrong customer. We treat data health as implementation scope, not cleanup.
An agent inherits whatever the running user can see and do. We design profiles, permission sets and sharing deliberately, and define in writing what each automation and agent is allowed to change, so authority is explicit rather than inherited by accident.
In most orgs we inherit, part of the business logic lives only in the heads of two long-serving users. We get it out of their heads and into the design — documented, tested and owned — before anything is built on top of it.
Nightly batches were fine when a report was the output. When an agent answers a customer now, it needs the current balance, the current order status and the current entitlement. We design integration for the latency the use case actually needs.
Users rarely complain; they go back to the spreadsheet. We measure adoption after go-live by the behaviour we agreed to change at the start, and keep adjusting the build until the numbers move.
Before recommending a new cloud or an AI add-on, we look at the org you have — object sprawl, duplicate rules, orphaned automation, field-level trust. Often the fastest return is in what you already own.
Six services that cover the whole life of a Salesforce org — from the first implementation to the integrations, data, apps and support that keep it useful years later.
End-to-end delivery of a new org or a new cloud on an existing one: discovery, data model, configuration, automation, security model, deployment and go-live. We follow Salesforce best practice for performance, security and scalability so the build holds up as volumes and teams grow, and we hand over documentation you can maintain without us.
Custom objects, flows, Lightning components, Apex where it is genuinely needed, and reporting and dashboards your managers will actually open. On the integration side we connect Salesforce to ERP, finance, marketing automation, support platforms and billing — through MuleSoft, platform events, REST and middleware — so the customer journey is one record rather than five systems.
Legacy extraction, mapping, de-duplication, standardised naming, validation rules and reconciliation. We remove duplicates and outdated records, agree matching rules with the business rather than guessing them, and migrate in rehearsed loads with a reconciliation report at the end so you can see exactly what landed.
Role-based training for the people who use the system daily, admin enablement for the team who will own it, and post go-live support through hypercare and beyond. User adoption is the point of the exercise, so we train on your processes and your data, not on a generic sandbox, and stay available after the project closes.
Managed packages built to Salesforce security review standards — secure, scalable and compliant — whether you are publishing commercially or packaging internal functionality for reuse across business units. We cover the architecture, the security review preparation and the release process.
Data 360 grounding, Prompt Builder, the Einstein Trust Layer and agents scoped to a job you can measure. We start by making your data answerable, then put agents where they remove real handling time. Salesforce AI services →
Core CRM, the industry clouds and the revenue stack — configured together rather than as separate projects that meet for the first time in production.
Pipeline, forecasting, territory and quota, case management, entitlements and omni-channel routing. The foundation most other work sits on.
Product catalogue, configuration, pricing, quoting, contracts, order capture, billing and revenue. With Salesforce CPQ at end of sale, this is where new quoting programmes now start. Revenue Cloud services →
Communications, Media, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Health and Manufacturing — industry data models and OmniStudio rather than a generic org bent into shape. Industry Cloud services →
Enterprise Product Catalog, order decomposition, orchestration plans, fulfilment requests and fallout handling for order-to-activate journeys. Order Management services →
Unified profiles, calculated insights and identity resolution, used to ground agents and personalisation in data that is actually current. Salesforce AI services →
Partner and customer portals on Experience Cloud, and the API layer that connects Salesforce to the rest of your estate without point-to-point sprawl.
Five stages, each with something you can inspect at the end of it. No stage closes on a status update alone.
Workshops with the people who do the work, not only the people who sponsor the project. We map current processes, agree what success will be measured by, and write down what is out of scope — which is the part that protects the budget later.
Data model, security and sharing model, automation design, integration architecture and reporting plan, documented and walked through with your team before anybody builds. Where an existing org is involved, this stage includes an audit of what is already there.
Built in short increments you can see working, with configuration preferred over code wherever configuration will hold. Data migration and integrations are rehearsed, not attempted once on cutover weekend.
Unit, integration and user acceptance testing against the scenarios agreed in stage one, followed by role-based training on your own data. Users sign off because the system does their job, not because the project needs a signature.
A rehearsed cutover with a rollback position, then hypercare while real volume hits the org. After that, an adoption review against the stage-one measures and a backlog of improvements ranked by what they are worth.
Release management across Salesforce's three annual releases, admin coverage, enhancement delivery and a roadmap reviewed with you. A partner who disappears at go-live was only ever a vendor.
Communications is where we do some of our most demanding work: catalogue-driven selling, order orchestration across OSS and BSS, and service journeys that have to survive real network dependencies.
A B2B operator selling SD-WAN, dedicated internet and mobile fleet through direct sales, partners and self-service usually ends up with a different product definition in each. We implement a single Enterprise Product Catalog with commercial and technical product specifications, so a price change or a new bundle is published once and every channel inherits it — instead of three teams editing three catalogues and reconciling the difference in billing.
Industries CPQ handles the configuration rules, eligibility and compatibility that enterprise connectivity quotes need, then the accepted quote decomposes into customer-facing and technical orders rather than being retyped into the fulfilment system. The commercial intent and the technical order stay linked, so support can still answer "what did we actually sell them".
Orchestration plans coordinate circuit delivery, CPE dispatch, field appointments, number porting and provisioning callouts across OSS and inventory. Milestones and jeopardy rules make a slipping order visible while it can still be rescued, and fallout lands on a named operator queue with the context to fix it — rather than in an integration error log nobody owns.
Case management grounded in assets, subscriptions and order status, so an agent sees the open fault, the in-flight move-add-change and the entitlement on one screen. This is also the foundation for agent-assisted triage: the AI is only useful once the asset and order data behind it is trustworthy.
Built around TM Forum concepts — SID for the information model, eTOM for process and Open APIs for integration — so the Salesforce layer fits the architecture your OSS and BSS teams already work to.
We implement and support Salesforce for clients across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Dubai, from our offices in Brussels, Paramus and Pune.
That spread is practical rather than decorative. It means a delivery team that overlaps your working day instead of handing over by email, consultants who have configured for local tax, invoicing and data-protection expectations, and experience of the multi-region rollouts where one org has to serve several countries without each one forking the data model.
Book a DemoA certified Salesforce consulting and implementation partner since 2018 — small enough that senior people stay on your project, experienced enough to run enterprise delivery.
Certifications are the entry requirement. What matters is the consultants who have taken orgs live, inherited other people's technical debt and fixed it, and can tell you where a design will hurt in year two.
A thirty-user org gets the same security model, deployment discipline and documentation as a three-thousand-user one. Scale changes the size of the build, not the standard of it.
Core CRM, Revenue Cloud, the industry clouds, order management and AI — with sector depth in communications, media, utilities, financial services and manufacturing.
You know who is building what, what each stage will produce and what it will cost. Estimates are owned by us rather than passed to you as overage, and scope changes are decisions you make, not invoices you discover.
The consultants who designed your org are the ones who support it. Nothing is handed to an unfamiliar team the week the project closes.
Documented configuration, enabled admins and no undocumented dependency on us. A good implementation partner should be a choice you keep making, not a lock-in you discover later.
Including us. These are the questions that separate a delivery team from a sales team — and our answers to them.
| Ask this | Why it matters | Our answer |
|---|---|---|
| Who exactly will build this, and where are they based? | The senior people who present the proposal are not always the people who do the work. | Named consultants in the proposal, from Brussels, Paramus and Pune, committed in writing. |
| Will you audit our existing org before we sign anything? | A quote written without looking at your org is a guess, and you absorb the difference. | Yes. The assessment stage includes a review of your current configuration, data and automation. |
| How will our other systems connect? | Integration is where most Salesforce programmes actually run over. | Integration architecture is a stage-two deliverable, covering ERP, billing, support and middleware. |
| What happens the month after go-live? | Adoption and defects both surface after the project team has usually left. | Hypercare, then managed support and release management with the same consultants. |
| Is the estimate fixed, and what happens if scope changes? | Open-ended time and materials on a defined scope moves all the risk to you. | Fixed-price for defined scope; where time and materials fits, with an agreed ceiling. |
| What would our data need to look like for AI agents to be safe? | Agentforce acts on records. Data quality stops being cosmetic and becomes operational risk. | We answer it with a data-health and permissions review, before any AI licence is recommended. |
A focused Sales or Service Cloud rollout for a single team is usually a matter of weeks. A multi-cloud programme with data migration, ERP integration and several countries runs in phases over several months. The variables that move the date most are decision-making speed on your side and the state of the data being migrated — which is why both are assessed in stage one rather than discovered in stage three.
Usually, yes, and usually it is the better option. We begin with an audit of the existing org — object and field sprawl, duplicate and conflicting automation, the security model, data quality and what users are actually doing instead. Most of the time the answer is a remediation and adoption programme on the licences you already own, not a reimplementation.
Yes. Extraction, field mapping, de-duplication and standardisation, validation, then rehearsed loads into a sandbox before production. You get matching rules agreed in advance and a reconciliation report showing exactly what moved, what was merged and what was deliberately left behind.
Not necessarily, and not first. Agents are worth buying once your data is unified enough to ground them and your permissions are tight enough to let them act safely. We will tell you where you stand on both before recommending a licence, and often the first phase is the data and permissions work that makes AI viable later.
New quoting programmes should start on Revenue Cloud Advanced. If you are already live on CPQ, you have time, but the migration belongs on a roadmap rather than a surprise. We assess the catalogue, pricing logic and integrations, then phase the move so quoting never stops working. See our Revenue Cloud page for detail.
Both. A good part of our work is SMB and mid-market, delivered to the same engineering standards as our enterprise programmes. The scope is smaller; the discipline is not.
From Brussels, Paramus in the United States and Pune in India, for clients across India, the US, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Dubai. Teams are staffed to overlap your working hours for workshops, UAT and hypercare.
Yes. We build managed packages to Salesforce security review standards, handle the architecture and packaging, and prepare the submission. We also build internal packages where the goal is reuse across business units rather than commercial listing.
Tell us what you are trying to change in the business. We will tell you what it takes in Salesforce, what it does not need, and what we would do first.
