Job Responsibilities:

  •  Should have 2-4 Years of experience
  • Handle the complete HR lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
  • Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
  • Experience in IT recruitment is a must.
  • Having prior expertise with Salesforce recruitment would be beneficial.
  • Experience in campus hiring would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in smooth execution of employee engagement & employee benefits.
  • Experience of developing and implementing HR strategies and company policies is must.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Basic Knowledge of using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools)
  • Familiarity with graphic design tool (Canva)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce trainer
  • Expertise in Admin, Development, LWC, Apex, and Trigger
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to present complex information clearly
  • Must have fluency in Dutch, French, and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and translation tools
  • DIgital markting skills nice to have
  • Ability to conduct surveys and collect data
  • Any bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (final-year students welcome)
