Picking the right product
A rep chooses a bundle, and the rules only offer options that work together. No more quoting something that cannot be built.
What you get: fewer corrections after the customer has signed.
Quoting should not take three spreadsheets, two chat threads and a bit of luck. We extend, fix and support Salesforce CPQ so your sellers build the right quote in minutes, and your finance team stops finding surprises after the deal is signed.

Salesforce stopped selling CPQ to new customers in March 2025, so our CPQ work is for teams that already run it: rolling it out to new teams, regions and product lines, untangling rules that have grown out of hand, and keeping it running smoothly. We start by watching how your sellers really quote, because that is where the answers are.
Salesforce CPQ stands for configure, price, quote. In plain words, it helps your reps quote complicated products without needing a pricing expert at their elbow. Here is what that looks like day to day.
A rep chooses a bundle, and the rules only offer options that work together. No more quoting something that cannot be built.
What you get: fewer corrections after the customer has signed.
Price books, volume tiers, contracted prices and discount limits apply on their own.
What you get: consistent prices and margins you can defend.
A rep creates the quote from the opportunity and sends a branded document without leaving Salesforce.
What you get: quotes in minutes, not days.
Anything past your limits goes to the right approver with the reasons attached.
What you get: faster yeses and a clear trail of who agreed to what.
Reps quote a renewal or a mid-term change starting from what the customer already has.
What you get: less re-typing and fewer mistakes on repeat business.
We configure products, price books, quote lines and the quote process to fit your real deals, not a generic template. Ideal when you are rolling CPQ out to a new team, region or product line.
We build bundles and option rules that are easy to read and easy to change, so adding a product takes an afternoon, not a project.
We set up price rules, discount schedules and contracted prices, and write down why each one exists, so your admins are never guessing.
We design quote documents that look like your brand, with the terms, tables and languages your customers expect.
We map approvals to the way your business actually decides, with limits that make sense and no pointless extra steps.
We link CPQ to Sales Cloud, your e-signature tool and your back-office systems using MuleSoft or custom APIs.
We review your current setup for speed, rule clutter, custom code and how much your sellers really use it, then give you a short, ranked list of fixes.
We work through that list, starting with whatever hurts most.
We look after CPQ day to day, including setups we did not build.
We train sellers and sales ops, and teach your admins how to maintain what we leave behind.
Does any of this sound familiar? Most of the CPQ setups we see are not broken, just worn out by years of quick fixes.
Big quotes and heavy rules can slow it to a crawl. We find what is dragging it down and clear it.
Years of added rules overlap and conflict, and the person who wrote them left. We map them, simplify them and document them.
If every change means editing a dozen records, the catalog needs redesigning. We make changes quick and safe.
Too many steps, or limits nobody remembers setting, leave reps waiting. We rebuild approvals around real decisions.
When products or prices do not match across systems, someone ends up fixing them by hand. We fix the flow and the mapping.
That usually means the tool is slow or confusing. We fix the screens and the process, then train the team.
Package updates and old custom code can clash. We clean up the code and set a safe routine for releases.
A CPQ setup is only as good as the people who can maintain it. We build and repair with that in mind, so you are not stuck calling us for every small change.

A free consultation, and a CPQ health check if you already run it. We want to see how your team quotes and where the time goes.
We agree what to fix or build first and send a proposal with scope, timeline and cost.
We configure or repair CPQ, test with real quotes from your own deals and go live with training and support in place.
We look at quote data and seller feedback, tune the rules and add new products and pricing when you are ready.

We spend our time inside real CPQ setups, so we recognise the usual problems quickly.

Salesforce CPQ is a Salesforce product that helps sales teams build accurate quotes for complex products. CPQ stands for configure, price, quote. It guides reps to valid product combinations, applies pricing and discount rules and sends approvals to the right people.
Salesforce CPQ builds a quote price in layers. It starts from a price book, then applies things like volume tiers, discount schedules, contracted prices and price rules, and finally checks your discount limits, which can trigger an approval. Keeping those layers simple is what keeps a CPQ fast and easy to change.
A CPQ health check is a short review of your current setup. We look at quote speed, rule complexity, custom code, data quality and how your sellers use the tool, then give you a ranked list of fixes with a rough effort for each.
The usual causes are very large quotes, many overlapping price and product rules, heavy custom code and a lot of old data. A health check shows which of these apply to you and what each fix would take.
Yes, if you already have it. Salesforce says current CPQ customers can renew, add users and keep getting support. Salesforce no longer sells CPQ to new customers.
If CPQ works for your team, usually yes, because improving it often costs far less than replacing it. Salesforce has not announced an end-of-life date, but new development is focused elsewhere. If you want to look at Salesforce’s newer platform, see our Revenue Cloud Advanced page.
It depends on how many products, bundles, price rules, approvals and users are involved, and on whether you want a health check, a fix or a rollout to a new team. After a free consultation we send an itemized quote, so you know the scope and cost before work begins. Salesforce licensing is separate.
A health check takes the least time, and a focused fix, such as speeding up the quote screen or cleaning up price rules, is often the quickest improvement. A rollout to a new team or product line takes longer. We share a milestone-based plan after your discovery call.
Yes. We start with a review of the setup and whatever documentation exists, then take on support and improvements.
